How do I choose the right skate size?
Derby skates often fit differently than standard street shoes. We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and consulting our specific brand size charts. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit with thick athletic socks.
What is your return policy on protective gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused protective gear and skates. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, mouthguards cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our roller derby equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
How long does it take for custom skate builds to ship?
Custom skate setups, including plate mounting and specialized wheel configurations, typically take 5-7 business days to process before shipping to ensure precision assembly by our technicians.
Can I change my wheel hardness after purchase?
If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can update your wheel selection. If you have already received your skates, we offer a wheel exchange program for unused wheels within 14 days of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay for larger gear purchases.
